How do I
place an order?
Simply click on the item you are interested in, choose your scent/ quantity and add to chart. When ordering air fresheners you must follow the same format and select how many ounces (oz) you would like 1 or 16

Payment
& Shipping
The shipping costs are set by the shipping carriers we use (USPS). They base their rates on the weight of the package, service chosen, destination and box dimensions. The shipping costs are not built into the low, wholesale prices of the products so we are unable to absorb shipping costs on any order. Due to the way the shipping carriers calculate their rates, it costs less per item in shipping to ship more items in a box together. The shipping carriers charge a higher base rate for the first 1 to 3lbs of weight in the package and the rates go up in smaller increments as the weight increases.
The shopping cart is usually able to calculate accurate rates for most orders. However, in some cases where an order needs to ship in multiple boxes or needs to ship in a large box, it is unable to calculate the correct rate. If the actual shipping rate is significantly higher than what the shopping cart quoted, we will contact you to pay the additional costs. If the actual shipping rate is lower than what the shopping cart quoted, we will refund the balance back to your payment source. We do try to help our customers as much as possible as we understand how frustrating shipping costs can be.

We do not offer refunds on orders that have been completed and delivered. Only the lamps can be replaced provided you send us an picture of the damage goods
